STEM Squad Profile: Michelle Barboza-Ramirez

I’m a Masters student at the University of Florida, conducting vertebrate paleontology research and learning about STEM education & outreach the Florida Museum of Natural History. In addition to my work in paleontology, I manage a website and podcast about the history of women in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (Femmes of STEM) and am cofounder of a project that uses pop culture and cosplay as a tool for science communication (Cosplay for Science).
